Report Delivery Damage

Please inspect the packaging and item as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If you notice visible damage, tell us within 48 hours where possible — prompt reporting helps us investigate with the carrier and insurer. Reporting after 48 hours does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
