For EU Customers: Yes. All prices include VAT and standard Curbside Shipping. The price you see is the final price delivered to your address.

For USA & UAE Customers: No. Shipping costs and applicable local taxes/duties will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer competitive freight rates for these regions.

Yes. From our atelier in Turkey, we ship to over 50 countries including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and all of Europe. We handle export documentation, and our logistics partners ensure safe transit for heavy stone furniture.

We provide Curbside Delivery Only via premium freight partners. The crate will be unloaded at the nearest accessible point (driveway/curb). Due to the extreme weight of marble coffee tables and dining tables (150kg+), drivers cannot enter private residences. Please arrange a team of movers (minimum 2 strong people) for the delivery day to bring the item inside and assemble it safely.

Our standard production time is 4-6 weeks for all made-to-order pieces, including custom dining tables and bathroom sinks. Shipping transit times vary: 1-2 weeks for Europe/UK, and 4-6 weeks for sea freight to the USA/UAE. Air freight options are available upon request.

Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the crate immediately. Contact us at support@dlastone.com, and we will arrange a rush replacement or professional local restoration at no cost to you.

Natural stone is porous. We treat every piece with a high-grade penetrating sealant before shipping. Acidic substances (lemon, wine, vinegar) can cause 'etching'. We recommend using coasters and wiping spills immediately. Read our complete Care Guide → for more details.

Honed (Matte): Best for dining tables and high-traffic areas. Satin feel, hides scratches.

Yes, particularly Travertine. Polished marble will naturally hone over time outdoors. We can apply a UV-resistant outdoor sealer upon request. Contact Bespoke Services for outdoor projects.
