Natural stone develops character over time. A simple, stone-safe routine helps protect its finish and appearance:

• 1. Protect

  Use coasters, placemats and trivets. Wipe acidic spills such as lemon, wine or tomato promptly to reduce etching.

• 2. Clean

  Use a soft cloth, warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner made for natural stone. Avoid bleach, vinegar and abrasive products.

• 3. Maintain

  Your piece is sealed before dispatch. Have the seal assessed periodically; resealing frequency depends on the stone, finish and use.

We provide insured kerbside delivery to supported destinations. VAT and applicable import duties and taxes are included. Kerbside delivery is free for eligible addresses; any shipping fee for your destination is shown at checkout. DDP applies only when stated in your order confirmation or written quotation. Every piece travels in a custom protective crate.

Your order is delivered in protective packaging to the nearest safe, vehicle-accessible point outside the property — the carrier will not carry it inside, upstairs or into a specific room. Natural-stone furniture is heavy, so you're responsible for arranging suitable people, movers or lifting equipment after delivery. Please contact us before ordering if your address has restricted vehicle access, stairs, narrow entrances, limited parking or needs specialist handling.
