Delivery of Your Bespoke Piece
Bespoke orders include insured DDP kerbside delivery to supported destinations. DLA Stone handles export clearance, customs duties and import taxes.
Delivery is made to the nearest safe, vehicle-accessible point outside the property. Unpacking, installation and carrying the item inside or upstairs are not included.
Because natural-stone pieces are heavy, customers must arrange appropriate assistance, professional movers or lifting equipment after delivery. Please tell us about stairs, narrow entrances, restricted access or specialist handling requirements when requesting your quotation.
